Housing & Renter’s Rights
Housing is a top policy priority for me because safe, stable, and affordable housing is the foundation of thriving communities. As the cost of living rises and too many families are priced out, displaced, or burdened by unfair practices, I am committed to protecting both renters and homeowners. Guided by the belief that housing is a human right, not a commodity, I am proud to champion legislation that keeps people in their homes, curbs predatory behavior, and builds pathways toward long-term affordability and dignity for every Coloradan.
